Self Aligning Plug Valve

Our Self Aligning Plug Valve can be supplied in 2-way & 3-way configurations from ½” to 6” though ANSI 150 and 300. Is is Bi-Direction and a Top Entry Design making it easy to maintenance in-line during your scheduled plant shut downs.

Lined and Sleeved Plug Valve

Our Lined and Sleeved Plug Valves are available in 2-way and 3-way configuration from ½” to 14” ANSI Class 150 to 300 from Carbon Steel, SS, Ductile Iron, Alloy 20, Monel ....and Special. Sleeve Material available is PTFE, Ryton filled PTFE, UHMWPE and Glass filled TFE.

Eccentric Plug Valves

Our Eccentric Plug Valve is widely used in the Waste Water & Water Treatment Industry. AWWA C-504 approved from 2” to 72” ANSI 125 and is standard with a resilient Plug Facing and Nickel Plated Seat.

CGA/CSA Plug Valve

The CGA/CSA Plug Valves are available in a Lubricated or Centric Design and range from ½” to 8” in size and are 200lb. WOG and can be supplied in 2-way, 3-way or 4-way configurations.

Asphalt Plug Valves

Our Asphalt Plug Valves can be supplied from ½” to 14” in 2-way, 3-way and 4-way configurations in CL 125, ANSI 150 and 300. Choose your Steam/Thermal Jacketing options in Bottom Entry, Bolt On, Partial and Full Jacket.

Actuation

Actuation of our Plug Valves range from a simple Wrench / Lever or Gear Operator w/ Handwheel, Chain Wheel to Double Pneumatic or Pneumatic w/ Spring Return (Fail Open / Closed Position) to Electric or Hydraulic.

Instrumentation Packages are available upon request and can be incorporated prior to arriving on site for your ease of installation from Limit Switches to Positioners and Controls we can incorporate what you need to get the job done.
