Packingless Slurry Knife Gate Valves

Our Packingless Knife Gate Valves are supplied from sizes 2” through 42”. They are one of the most forgiving valves on high slurry applications in the Industry.  Body Materials are available in Stainless Steel and Ductile Iron, the Replaceable sleeves can be supplied in Gum Rubber, EPDM, Nitrile, Viton....etc.  

Actuation of our Knife Gate Valves can range from a simple Handwheel, Gear Operator or Ratchet to Double Pneumatic or Pneumatic w/ Spring Return (Fail Open / Closed Position) to Electric or Hydraulic.

Instrumentation Packages are available upon request and can be incorporated prior to arriving on site for your ease of installation from Limit Switches to Positioners and Controls we can incorporate what you need to get the job done.
